When you book with Pura Vida Cleaning Services — by phone, email, or through our website — you agree to our simple service guidelines below.

This is not a contract — you’re always free to cancel or make changes anytime.

💎 Our Satisfaction Promise


We want you to love your clean space!

If anything feels less than perfect, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll happily come back to re-clean the area — completely free.

💳 Payments


Zelle is the preference.

credit card are accepts with the card fee included for the client.

Please complete payment within 24 hours after the job is done.

💜 Tipping & Appreciation


Tipping isn’t required — but it’s always appreciated!

You may leave cash or add a gratuity during checkout.

👩‍🔧 Our Team


We’re a small, local company made up of 2–3 cleaning professionals (depending on the job size).

Every member of our team are checked and  trained to keep your home safe and sparkling.

💵 Price Updates


Your cleaning rate is guaranteed for 12 months of continuous service.

If you pause service for 3+ months, your previous rate may no longer apply.

Prices may adjust over time to reflect labor or supply changes — you’ll always be notified in advance.

🚪 Access & Lockouts


If our team arrives and cannot access your home, a $50 lockout fee will apply.

If you plan to be home, please ensure you’re available during your arrival window, or provide entry access (key, code, or contact).

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling


We totally understand plans can change!

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    •    Cancelling within 24 hours → $50 fee

    •    Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service suspension

🐾 Pets


We love your pets! 🐶🐱

Please secure them for everyone’s safety.

For health reasons, our team does not clean pet waste, litter boxes, or accident areas.

🚫 Closed Rooms


Closed doors mean “do not clean.”

If a room is skipped, the total price remains unchanged.

💍 Valuables


Please store valuables, jewelry, and fragile items before service.

Let us know about any delicate or sentimental items you’d like us to avoid.

💔 Accidents or Damages


We take care with everything we touch.

If something happens, report it within 24 hours so we can make it right.

We’ll repair or replace items when possible — but cannot be responsible for unstable or improperly installed fixtures.

🚿 Fixtures, Faucets & Glass


If a shower door, toilet, or faucet is loose or fragile, please inform us ahead of time.

If you ask us to proceed despite risk, Pura Vida Cleaning Services is not responsible for resulting damage.

🧺 Tidying Fee


If extra time is required to pick up clutter, a $15 per level tidying fee may apply.

Alternatively, untidy rooms can be skipped.

Need something more? We offer add-ons like:

Please request extras at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning so we can plan and quote accordingly

🪟 Blinds


We’ll happily dust blinds, but can’t be responsible for damage due to age or fragility.

🧍 Safety & Lifting


To keep our cleaners safe, we do not:

    •    Use ladders over 3 ft

    •    Move furniture or appliances over 20 lbs

    •    Clean floors on hands and knees (except bathrooms)


If you’d like something moved, please do so before your cleaning. We’ll clean behind it!

🌡️ Environment & Utilities


Please ensure your home is a comfortable temperature and has running water and electricity.

We cannot perform cleaning in extreme heat, cold, or without utilities.

Please leave the internal temperature around 72*F

📸 Before & After Photos


We may take photos for quality control or marketing purposes — never including personal or identifying items.

Your privacy is always respected.

💧 Hard Water & Stains


We’ll always give our best effort to make every surface shine!

Some stains may require multiple visits or professional treatment.

We do provide upholstery cleaning - couches, chairs, mattresses, rugs...

🚫 We Do Not Provide:

    •    Mold or biohazard cleanup

    •    Animal waste removal

    •    Wall washing (spot cleaning only)

    •    Paint removal or stain treatments

    •    Heavy lifting or moving electronics

    •    Cleaning above 2-ft ladder reach

🧻 Please Provide:

    •    Garbage bags

    •    Paper towels 

    •    Toilet bowl brushes

    •    Microfibers rags

    •    Basic cleaning supplies ( we provide the list)
